Zarfoni delivers to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including:

• Central Punjab and nearby cities — typically the fastest delivery zone.
• Remote and rural areas — including Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), Gilgit-Baltistan, and tribal regions — subject to courier service availability in your area.

5. Shipping Charges

For orders below PKR 2,000, a shipping fee is charged based on the weight of your order. The exact shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.

• Shipping is weight-based — heavier orders may attract a higher shipping fee.
• Shipping charges are generally consistent across cities, though minor variation may apply depending on the courier used for your delivery zone.
• The final shipping cost is always confirmed at checkout — there are no hidden charges.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through one or more of the following:

• WhatsApp — the fastest way. We will send your tracking details directly to your registered WhatsApp number.
• SMS — a text message with your tracking number will be sent to your registered mobile number.
• Email — a dispatch confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Use your tracking number on the courier's website or app to monitor your delivery status in real time. If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0314-4327451.

7. Packaging & Product Care During Shipping

Our products — flours, spices, oils, and honey — are natural and minimally processed. We take extra care in how we pack them:

• All products are packed with care to prevent breakage, leakage, and spillage during transit — especially powder-based products such as flours and spices.
• Liquid products (oils and honey) are sealed and cushioned to minimise the risk of leakage.
• We use appropriate packaging materials to protect product integrity from dispatch to doorstep.

8. Failed Delivery & Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver your order, the following process applies:

• Delivery attempts: The courier will attempt delivery 2 to 3 times before marking the order as undeliverable.
• Pickup option: Depending on the courier, you may be able to collect your order from the courier's nearest area office. You will be notified by the courier if this option is available.
• Returned to Zarfoni: If all delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges will apply and are payable by the customer.

9. Payment & Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently accept advance payment only for all orders. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and online card payments.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Zarfoni is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.

• If you notice an error in your address before dispatch, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0314-4327451 and we will correct it at no charge.
• If the order has already been dispatched with an incorrect address, re-routing or re-delivery charges will apply and are payable by the customer.
• Zarfoni will not issue a refund for orders lost or undeliverable due to an address error made by the customer.

11. Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, certain situations may cause delays that are outside Zarfoni's control. These include:

• Courier-side operational delays or backlogs.
• Extreme weather, floods, or monsoon disruptions.
• Public holidays or government-imposed shutdowns.
• Strikes, road blockages, or security situations in certain regions.
• Courier service limitations in remote or newly accessible areas.

In such cases, we will proactively inform you of the delay via WhatsApp or SMS and provide an updated estimate where possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
